Welcome all! Today I discuss escaping the destructive cycles of Substack, and all social media in general, and what we must do to escape them so that we keep our long term writing goals centered.
The most important thing for every single writer on here - is to understand what change you want to bring about within your readership, and work on building a 5, 10, 15+ year plan on achieving that. Cut out everything on Substack that does not aid in the service of that goal.
